Retiring from law and as Strategic Counsel to the Jackson Hole Technology Partnership, after seven years, I wrote Singularity Gene – Neänderthals’ Cat© Wyoming Governor Matt Mead founded the JHTP as a privately funded nonprofit to accelerate global access to frontier technologies for rural communities. HIAI folds to purpose, accelerating solution technology to enable resource abundance for all. Before serving the JHTP, I practiced appellate law for 20 years with an LLM from NYU in interpretive and constitutional theory and published by Oxford University Press.
